the reason it doesnt lose fps is bc minecraft bedrock fps is capped at 60 fps so if it doesnt go below 60 normally it wont change (its also bc nvidia engineers made it so it doesnt lose as much fps as shaders

for people using java editions use the SUES PTGI or SUES Renewed shaders for RTX u can find tutorials online| if u have a lowerend GPU GT 1030, GTX 970 etc you can google which one u have and if its below a GTX 1050 i suggest instead of SUES shaders use sildurs vibrant maximum till high settings

Very fun video MJ! But perhaps you could do an update with the darker side of this? The RTX cards are pretty much out of stock everywhere, unless you have a few thousand US to plunk down on one. I mean I literally had a $500.00 I was watching at NewEgg and it went out of stock in a few days! And I am not even sure more are being made, due to the coronavirus thing! Sorry but you are blatantly wrong,you can easily see the difference between rasterisation shadow maps and raytracing,although raytracing has a hit to performance it looks way better than realistic shaders

I cant even open the most basic shaders on my laptop it is just very bad in the shaders side for some reason I can open rl craft with usally around 75 fps but I cant open shaders even without mods it gives 30 fps if it is very basic and the settings are very low

I tried it on a really bad device. when I would run shaders normally, I would get 10 fps but when I turned down the render quality, I got like 30-45 fps.
